A wonderful source for Lenten readings and meditations is the book, The Twenty Four Hours of the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ.  The book has six Imprimaturs from various bishops and countries.

The twenty four hours cover His entire Passion, beginning from the time Jesus took final leave of His Mother Mary until His burial. The first link below includes a preface by St. Annibale di Francia. This book of meditations on the Passion of Christ was composed by Luisa Piccarreta.
